Summer Research Culminates in Fall Student Poster Session

Fifteen Science students were awarded Summer Research Scholarships last spring that enabled them to conduct 10 weeks of intensive scientific research, under the guidance of  faculty mentors, from June through mid-August.

Their research findings were demonstrated at a Student Poster Session held on Saturday, October 4th from 2:30p to 4:30p in the Atrium of Brousseau Hall.  The student poster session is a hallmark event for the School of Science drawing large crowds every year, with prizes given for the best demonstrations of research.  This year's awardees are:

  • Winner of the Joseph P. McKenna Award

Brianna Bibel (Mentor:  Dr. Jeffrey Sigman)
