Reminder: Campus Climate Survey Results Open Forum

On behalf of the Climate Survey Working Group, we wish to thank you once again for completing our climate survey last Fall 2021, Campus Climate Assessment for Our Learning, Living, and Working Community. We are in Phase IV of our climate survey process with Rankin & Associates, at the homestretch of data analysis; report development; and sharing of data, reports, and results to introduce and present to our community.

All campus community members are welcome to join the Campus Climate Survey Results Open Forum!  Please SAVE THE DATE for our Open Forum presentation, discussion, and Q&A with Rankin & Associates and members of the Climate Survey Working Group on:

What’s Next Until Then?

  • Be sure to read upcoming, regular climate survey updates via the MySMC News Portal or check the Climate Survey website.

  • An Executive Summary and Full Report will be made available for your review prior to the Open Forum.  We will announce the location and any access instructions as soon as we have the information.

  • Once the report is available, there will be an opportunity to also ask questions and make comments, in advance of April 26. 

  • After April 26, we will provide an opportunity for community members to make suggestions or recommendations for actions based on the report results to improve the campus climate.   

  • An Actions and Processes Plan for 2022-24 will be detailed that will involve additional campus stakeholders, department leaders, students, staff, and faculty
