Online Report Form

The Saint Mary's Campus Safety Department has reporting service available online for your convenience. Online Reporting allows you to report, non-emergency crimes online. You can also file Anonymous Tips if you see or hear information that you feel the Campus Safety Department would be interested in or should know about. If this is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please contact Campus Safety at 925-631-4282 or by dialing 911 prior to filling out this referral form. While this form is reviewed by Campus Safety daily to assist the Saint Mary's Community, it is NOT designed as an emergency response notification process.

Campus Security Authority (CSA) Reporting Form

The form below is the CSA Report Form.  A Campus Security Authority (CSA) is an individual, who by virtue of their College responsibilities and under the Clery Act, is designated to receive and report criminal incidents to the Department of Campus Safety so that they may be included and published in the College’s Annual Security Report.  They have completed training on appropriately handling reporting crimes, victim relations and support, and related school policies. This form may also determine if a timely warning/security alert should be sent to the College community.  College CSA's may use the form and email to psadmin@stmarys-ca.edu
