Permits for the 2021/2022 School Year will become available for purchase on the Permit Portal in July.
**Did you receive your Welcome email from our parking permit partners at The Permit Portal? The email will contain a link and instructions on how to secure your permit. Please follow the instructions to complete your permit application. Once your permit application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of what you ordered. When we receive your application, we will process the request and send you an email from Permits@thepermitportal.com with the subject line, "Parking Application: Fulfillment Pickup." When you receive this email, you will be able to pick up your permit from the Public Safety Office during office hours, Assumption West 111, and at the security gate as you enter campus after hours.
If you did not get a Welcome letter, visit the Permit Portal home page and navigate to the Login page. After entering your full Saint Mary's email address as your username, click "Forgot Password." When you have reset your password, you will be able to log in.
If you have any issues completing your application, please email PSAdmin@stmarys-ca.edu.
At this time, we are NOT limiting the overall number of parking permits issued so you have time to get your permit and we won't run out. Please remember that you are purchasing a permit/permission to park and that does not guarantee a parking space.
Both students living on or off-campus must have a valid parking permit.

Visitor parking can be reserved by staff or faculty here.
All parking citation fees must be paid online within 14 days of the date of issuance. Citations not paid will be doubled and added to your account. Unpaid citations will result in an inability to register for classes, withholding transcripts, grades, and/or academic degrees.
You may appeal a citation within 14 days of issuance by completing an appeal form online. (No other forms of appeals will be accepted.)
Vehicles without permits are subject to be booted (immobilized). All parking citations fines and the boot fee MUST be paid before the removal of the boot.
If you have a state-issued disabled placard/license plate, you do not need to apply for a parking permit. However, please contact psadmin@stmarys-ca.edu to register your vehicle with Saint Mary's.
