Order Official Transcripts

Saint Mary's College of California has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering online. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Transcripts are not printed by the Clearinghouse. Orders will be transmitted electronically to Saint Mary's College of California and processed by the Office of the Registrar, normally within 3 to 5 business days.

Transcripts cost $5 per copy and are processed normally within 3 to 5 business days. Requests are processed in the order that they are received.

To order an official transcript, login to the Clearinghouse secure site. To search our college, enter "St Mary's College of California." The site will walk you through the order process, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.

Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online.

Students who enrolled or completed the InterCollegiate Nursing Program with Samuel Merritt University must request their transcript from Samuel Merritt University.

Unofficial Transcripts

Request Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are not printed on Saint Mary's official transcript paper and do not include the Registrar's signature. You may request an unofficial transcript in-person with picture identification or online by submitting an Unoffical transcript request form. The unofficial transcript request form may be found on the Office of the Registrar's webpage under "forms".

1.00 course credit is equivalent to 3.5 semester units
0.50 course credit is equivalent to 2.0 semester units
0.25 course credit is equivalent to 1.0 semester units
