Mindfulness Made Simple: To Refresh and Recalibrate in Life and Work

In this evening workshop, learn simple mindfulness practices that can fold into the everyday activities of life and work.  Think of them as moments of pause in the midst of busyness and action that brings more awareness, presence and care to what matters most to us.  This workshop is open to all, with or without previous mindfulness experience, who are interested in learning mindfulness and how to incorporate it in everyday action in work and life.


Facilitated by Ken Otter, Ph.D.

Ken has been teaching in the MA in Leadership program at Saint Mary’s College since 2002, and teaching mindfulness since 1994. Ken is also Co-director of the Leadership Center where he has been designing and facilitating leadership and coaching education programs for organizations for the past ten years.
