Fitness Planning As Needed

Fitness Planning is an opportunity for our members to commit and maintain goals throughout their fitness journey.  Led by SMC certified Students, you will receive a customized plan to fit your needs.  Our instructors take into consideration your fitness goal and create a balanced routine just for you.

 

Fitness planning sessions will include:

  • A weekly program catered to your fitness goals
  • Email support to guide you through the plan
  • Email reviews of likes/dislikes and progress
Personal Training Drop-in Mon & Wed 4:00-5:00pm Drop-in for our personal training session with our certified instructor.  Learn how to use the equipment or get a personalized workout.
Personal Training - Specialized/Individual  Scheduled with Personal Trainer Led by certified SMC Students that provide you with the tools and support you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your fitness journey.
SMC Bootcamp #1 June 13, 15 & 17 | 7:30am - 8:20am

Fitness program offering for SMC and the surrounding community. Campus Recreation is offering boot camp sessions that include a limited-time membership to the Joseph L. Alioto Recreation Center. Led by our certified personal trainer, participants will meet for 3 days to get their fitness plan jump started.  

SMC Bootcamp #2 June 21, 22 & 23 | 5:30pm - 6:20pm
