In such cases, there will be a link to the privacy policies of the third party, as described later in this policy.

Responsibility for External Sites

  • Some parts of the Saint Mary’s web site are maintained or operated by third parties to which Saint Mary’s has specifically outsourced such maintenance and operation for the delivery of enhanced services (For example, the athletic information site smcgaels.com). You should review the privacy policies of such third parties by visiting the links included within those areas of the Saint Mary’s web site, since their policies may differ from this policy and they may use information consistent with their own policies.

Children's Privacy

  • Saint Mary’s website is not intended for children under the age of 13 and there are no areas specifically set aside for children under age 13.
